after line logic, look at the 4 clues in c10-11
they can not both go into the lower section (r7-10) due to there only being ones in those rows, so at least one of them (or both) has to go into the upper section (r1-4)
thus you can make r2-3c11-12 black and it solves out with line logic
no guessing
