after initial line logic:

use edge logic on the 7 clue on c20 to get a dot in r20 (you can get more but you only need the dot in c20r20)
THEN use edge logic on the 4 clue in r20 with line logic to solve the rest
no guessing

How lovely! I really enjoyed solving this one. I rate it excellent because you designed it so well - with a fun logic challenge that was not too hard, and a beautiful image to finish! That is quite an accomplishment in a 20x20 grid.
