after initial basic logic ends, the 5 clues from c19-20 cant both go into r10 so at least one of them (or both) must go into r5 so you can dot r5c17 and it solves out with line logic

No guessing required. I solved it myself before publishing with no problem. I did use color logic but don't remember if I had to.
