did i miss something easier?

after initial line logic i did edge logic on the 5 clues in r1 to get dots in c1-3,15
then extended edge logic on the last 5 clue in r1 to gets dots in c16-20
line logic
edge logic on the 2 clue in c1 to get a single dot in r5 with line logic to finish

I did the same thing with the 5s in R1 to get started. Then line logic. I ended up doing edge logic on the 1st 3 in R5 to finish everything up - didn't do any edge logic on the 2 in C1.

I did internal logic on the 4 in c2 to dot c2r20 as well.

Sometimes you have to sacrifice a little bit of image quality to get a better solve. It makes me sad whenever I have to compromise my image, but I've found it's worse when the first 5 comments discuss how to solve my puzzle, without even mentioning whether they like the image.

No, Nathan, you aren't making the puzsles too hard. Thank you. I just started making puzzles about a month ago, and don't recognize yours prior. As I finally started figuring out advanced logic, I decided to try making some. It can be frustrating. People that can't solve, rate your puzzle as easy. I am following the advice of the seasoned puzzle creators and solvers here, and letting it roll off my back. I really appreciate yor puzzles and the effort that you put into creating them.
