As Mr. Bill would say, "Oh nooooo!!"
#2: Jota (jota) on Dec 7, 2011
Edge logic and voila!
#3: Nathan (SirMoose) on Dec 7, 2011 [HINT] [SPOILER]
Shouldn't have to guess. Just a bunch of edge logic and the whole thing "falls" into place. =)
#4: bugaboo (bugaboo) on Dec 7, 2011
no guessing
fun solve
i worked the lower right corner to death with edge logic (each time i got a dot in 1 column it allowed me to do another column, which gave me a dot or two and allowed me to then rework edge logic on a previous column
#5: Nathan (SirMoose) on Dec 7, 2011
Yeah, it kind of felt like some sort of "stair logic"
#6: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on Dec 7, 2011
same as bugaboo...just takes persistence.
#7: ik (ik) on Dec 7, 2011
oh i thought it you meant there were no colors ;). still lovely puzzle.
#8: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Dec 7, 2011
Cool puzzle Nathan.:)
#9: Teresa K (fasstar) on Dec 7, 2011
Yikes, that edge logic sure was challenging. Fun solve, Nathan.
#10: Marie-Louise Ambrey (marz71) on Dec 9, 2011 [SPOILER]
Did the same as Bugaboo, no guessing, challenging to begin with, then it all just 'fell' into place, just like you said Nathan, poor tree, great puzzle, thanks :)

It looks to me as though the tree is skiing downhill, with the diagonal lines flickering between "swoosh lines" and scarves flapping in the wind. XP

I almost gave up on this puzzle. I glanced at the comments to see if bugaboo gave it the thumbs up. Reassured, I tackled it again and ended up solving it the same way.

Found to be logically solvable by gator.
#13: Gator (gator) on Jul 13, 2012 [HINT]
Very fun edge logic solve.
#14: valerie o..travis (bigblue) on Oct 5, 2012
good puzzle and solve nathan :)
#15: Andrew Schultz (blurglecruncheon) on Jan 1, 2024 [HINT]
I wasn't expecting the final image -- there's a lot of edge logic here on the right, but the payoff is worth it!
