I realy struggled with this when I got to the face. I rated it as logic solvable because I assume I missed a pixel. I tried it twice, and became stuck at the same spot. Smile logic, maybe? When I centered the 3 it did solve out.

once you get about 90% of this puzzle solved with regular line logic you can use 2 move look ahead edge logic on the 3 clue in r15 to dot c11 and then c10 (no smile logic can be used)
no guessing

Thanks, bug. Don;t know why I didn't think of attempting edge logic there.

When I got to just the face left, I used two-way logic on the 1 in c6. If it goes in r13, then r13c7 must be white. If it instead goes in r15, then it's part of the 3 in that row. That then completes the 2 in c7, so r13c7 is white again.
Then line logic to finish.
