i think it would look better if you extended column 23 all the way to the bottom

It isn't too crappy, everyone has their own idea of a fairy tale!

I like it especially the flag.
#4: Nancy (nbarsi) on Nov 18, 2011 [SPOILER]
unless the family name is "Crappy" I disagree, it is simple and basic and I enjoyed doing it.
#5: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Nov 18, 2011 [SPOILER]
Not crappy at all,it's an excellent castle.:)
#6: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Nov 18, 2011 [SPOILER]
It must belong to Lord Crappy.
#7: Gary Webster (glwebste) on Nov 19, 2011

Nancy and Kristen, you crack me up. Good replies. :-D

Sarah, this is a nice puzzle for someone who is a beginner. The more puzzles you solve, the better idea you will have of what makes a good puzzle. Some like the smaller ones like this, some like the bigger ones, but just about everyone enjoys a good B&W.

I think it's cute! Just fiddly enough to keep it interesting :)

Enjoyable, and not a bad image. If you really think it should be different, you could always make a new version more to your liking. But this satisfied me.
