This one starts out easy - you "see the light" right away. But then it gets a bit tricky. The helper button won't get you anywhere with all the color logic. So you'll have to use your brain. That's what you like anyway, I know it!

I'm not classifying this as a hint because, well let's face it, this is not much help at all. :-)

i thought maybe she was a hula dancer (lei and skirt)
but then i thought maybe dorothy (ruby slippers) which actually makes sense considering the title too
