Puzzle Description:

English: "No one attacks with impunity" or "No one can harm me unpunished." This is the motto of the Order of the Thistle which has been used with this star emblem in the Royal coat of arms in Scotland.

I had no idea that Nemo means "no one." And I had no idea the thistle in my puzzle would look like a happy face. :-)

I really thought this was a sun with a goofy smile. Fun solve though. The thistle is clear once I read the explanation.

Very good - I saw the thistle on a coat of arms before I read your description but had no idea what it meant.
