I don't think parking was only 1 cent when I started driving - I think it was 10 cents for an hour. In Kingston it only costs 1 dollar an hour which is pretty cheap for a city. Aldege, I once met a girl from Thorold whose name was Susan Duncan. We were at a Heart and Stroke conference in Toronto and everyone was confused.
