English: "By the Grace of God, Queen." This phrase appears on Canadian coins with the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. This image is a portrait of Queen Victoria which appeared on the Canadian 50-cent piece in 1871.

Hey Teresa! Great puzzle! Being a former Catholic, at first, I thought it was going to have something to do with the Blessed Mother! LOL! I wasn't born Catholic though, so my knowledge of Latin is somewhat limited! Thx 4 your creative!
