this is probably the easiest way to solve this:

after line logic ends i looked at c39 which only needs one more 1 clue in it
if you place it in r1c39 then looking ahead 1 move you have a violation at r6c39 so r1c39 is a dot and line logic solves it out

no guessing

Found to be logically solvable by jan.

Wow, this has got to be the hardest text puzzle I have ever solved. I actually didn't mind that about this one because it was a challenging solve. Well done.
