I did solve it finally after a couple tries. I don’t think I could have done it except by asking the computer to check every once and a while. The central image was very satisfying to solve, but the designs around the outside were unpredictable and required guessing. Too bad, because it was a very nice image otherwise. I didn’t notice the multiple solutions.
