Hmm, it looks like a wrapped sweet of some sort, but I can't see a Kiss.

Maybe i'm mistaken and their not called that,i mean the taffee candies that are individually wrapped in a Halloween paper wrapper that is twisted at both ends.

Oh, those horrid peanut-flavored taffy candies, wrapped in orange or black paper? I hate those! :D

I can't believe you haven't had these Lilly,does anyone remember the same candy,but the candy inside the wrapper was orange with a black stripe?They were real good.

i'll dig up some chips from somewhere to make that trade. the new one you are describing doesn't sounds familiar, but i'm not going to run out and try to find some on the recommendation of someone who likes those peanut taffy things ;)
