David,I believe it was Billy Duffy the guitarist who left to finally end up with The Cult although i'm not sure it may have been Ian Ashbury the singer who formed The Cult.Kirk Brandon the singer for S.O.D.,to me has a very unique voice and singing style which i love.One of my favorite S.O.D. songs is Micky. I wasn't aware that one of the members went to Gene Loves Jezebel which is another awesome band whose cd titled Heavenly Bodies is my favorite and gets a lot of play in my house. I have to say that The Smiths gets played the most though because my wife and kids love them the most.
