line logic and color logic let me solve everything from the red part in the middle on down (the red 5 clue can only go in 1 place)
then if the 1 clue in r8 is placed in c2-4 you will have a violation of c5 so it has to go in c5
extended edge logic on the 2 clue in c2 to get 1 dot at r7 which didnt help much
thats all i have for now
will look at this again when i can

i cant get much further without looking too many moves ahead
anyone? (gator?)

I used "smoke is connected near the tip of the burning stick" logic to solve the upper left corner; then I was able to use standard line logic for the rest.
