Lilly i love all your latest puzzles,keep it up girl.

after initial line/color logic there are a lot of places to use edge logic (most of which wont help you much at all)
i used edge logic on the 6 in r20 to get a dot in c20 (very important since the only real helpful edge logic on the 7 clue in c20 wont allow you solve the rest of the puzzle without it)
no guessing

yeah this puppy dog is way too friendly looking to be cujo. I didn't see the movie but read the book. cujo wasn't a happy camper.

About the worst you can expect from this cut guy is getting slobbered on.

Place the reds. Edge logic C20 R1-4 are dots (otherwise 4 can't be placed.) Helper to 14%.

C19R1 must also be a dot (edge logic on the column.) The helper clears everything else.

Thus, moderate lookahead (the line logic label was a mouse slip.)

Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by blurglecruncheon.
