Teresa, you're right. I looked at the map. It is north of the Arkansas River and west of the Missouri River, but that is still a very large area. It's a National Monument. It's in Nebraska, Wyoming, or South Dakota.#11: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 16, 2011
