I've made 200 puzzles that are usually easy. I'm not sure why someone said this takes much guessing. If others agree, I will delete it.#2: Liz P (lizteach) on Jun 8, 2011 [HINT]
No guessing. Mostly color logic, and I used edge logic on the 3 in r7.#3: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jun 8, 2011
it solved for me, Sarah...the 3 in r-7 is tricky (internal edge logic).... don't know where they can go, Matt is a little broke right now.#4: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jun 8, 2011
I think Mr.B and Matt should come to Canada to visit their buddy Aldege,I could use their help hot rodding Destyny's bassinet.#5: annalivia (annalivia) on Jun 8, 2011 [SPOILER]
omg, aldege!does her mother know you're hotrodding her bassinet?#6: Gator (gator) on Jun 8, 2011 [HINT]
Matt and Mr.B could come to bocas del toro. we'll take them sailing. then Mr.B could be 'chicken of the sea', and Matt could be 'cat o nine tails'.
no problem solving... just an assumption that the three was the start of Mr.B's back.
I used two-way logic about the 2 clue in row 15. Because either R15C6 or R15C8 has to be black, then R14C6 or R14C8 will be black. So the rest of row 14 has be to dots.#7: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Jun 8, 2011
I also used affirmation logic on row 11 to see how row 10 would be affected. No matter where I place the 3 clue, R10C1, R10C2, and R10C7-R10C9 will always be dots. The rest solves with line logic.
I'm not sure how you were using edge logic on row 7.
Found to be logically solvable by gator.#8: Tripper (TripperCR) on Jun 8, 2011
@annalivia... Bocas del Toro!!! That sounds great, it's actually next on my list of places to visit since it's very close from where I live, probably for my honeymoon next year!#9: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jun 8, 2011
No she doesn't Annalivia and please don't tell her, she'll freak.I'm not sure how i will keep it a secret but i'll figure something out, lol. Tripper congrats on your engagement.#10: Lilly Johns (LJohns315) on Jun 8, 2011
Who said there was guessing??#11: Heather (heatherkewl) on Jun 8, 2011
Mr B could go to WA and OR to help you on your 50 state tour. fun puzzle :D#12: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jun 8, 2011
my mistake typing that Gator...sorry#13: Sarah Andrews (sarah) on Jun 8, 2011
Heather, good idea!#14: bugaboo (bugaboo) on Jun 8, 2011
i solved it the exact same way gator#15: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jun 9, 2011
nice solve
Bocas del Toro? Wow. I had to look it up (it's in Central America). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bocas_del_Toro_Province#16: annalivia (annalivia) on Jun 10, 2011 [SPOILER]
Tripper, where do you live, if you are not too far from there? I don't think I'll ever travel that far from home, but the photos are beautiful.

this is where I live. come on down, Tripper. it's lovely! the rest of you all too!
I don't know what I was smoking the first time around, because when I went to re-solve it to figure out what I'd done, I wound up solving it as described by Gator.#18: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jun 10, 2011
toke away Liz#19: Andraya (gothicfeline) on Oct 26, 2012 [HINT]
Commenting just because I did it differently than Gator.
After the two-way logic in R15 and subsequent line logic, I looked at the 4 in C8. If it was placed on R10-R13, a contradiction would be created for the 2 in C6. So R10C8 had to be a dot. The rest solved easily with line logic.
