The next part is one of the coolest smile logics I have seen. It is hard to see, but it simplistic once you see it.
Look at columns 1 and 2. There are 4 black cells you have to fill in. Now look at rows 4-7. There are also 4 black cells you have to fill in. This meets the requirements for smile logic, so R4C2, R5C1, R6C1, and R7C2 must be black.
The same logic must then be applied on the right, top, and bottom.
