that's one way to ruin one...
#2: MarioMax (MarioMax) on May 9, 2011 [SPOILER]
Why is he robbing a bakery?

For those not aware, Fry's is a grocery chain run by Kroger. Not to be confused with Fry's Electronics.
#3: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 9, 2011 [SPOILER]
Mario..what has fry's got to do with this puzzle?
#4: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on May 9, 2011 [SPOILER]
Cool Tom,it is a bakery store being robbed. I think Mario thought he was seeing F.R.Y.S. when it actually looks to be ERY S to me. I recently read a book about something like this where i guy was waiting in line at a bank on his wedding day.Suddenly he was witness to it being robbed and got killed in the process.

goes to show if you are getting married today stay away from the bank
you have better things to be doing and better places to be
#6: Trish (tryingmysoul) on May 9, 2011
Oh, what a cheerful fun little puzzle! -)
#7: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 9, 2011
what about the dough? I want the dough
#8: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on May 9, 2011
Well bugaboo it does cost money to get married, and in the long run he may of been doing himself a favor getting himself killed.lol. Statistics show that 43% of marriages end in divorce.
#9: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 9, 2011
thats a nice statistic Aldege, but what about my dough?
#10: annalivia (annalivia) on May 9, 2011 [SPOILER]
ok! I'm absent a few days and look what happens! dough? what dough? what wedding? dough and dough, what is dough? (apologies to star trek the tv series).
only 43%? I'd have thought it was more.
#11: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on May 9, 2011 [SPOILER]
Why take the dough, when you can have the yummy finished product? Perhaps he's stocking up for his Home Ec class, because the school just slashed their budget?
#12: bugaboo (bugaboo) on May 9, 2011
an even more interesting statistic would be how many marriages end in death
(smile)
and i agree with the last line annalivia wrote
#13: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on May 9, 2011
I thought it would of been higher also but i looked it up and it said 43%,however that wasn't a very recent survey so who knows. It would be interesting to know the statistics on how many end do to murder and murder/suicides. As far as your dough Tom what do you want you big baby bread or cookie?lol.
#14: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on May 9, 2011
bugaboo - that'd be 57%. x_x
#15: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 10, 2011
okay anna.... i'll take some 'space credits'
#16: Sarah Andrews (sarah) on May 11, 2011 [SPOILER]
Thanks MarioMax, I didn't know what Fry's was. The word looks like the end of bakery with S added at the end. Maybe he wants "dough" like doughnuts and since the description mentions a wedding, maybe he wants the wedding cake.
Is there more to this story?
#17: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 11, 2011
Sarah... the S is for the beginning of the word shop...
dough, is gangster talk for money ... wedding was just a play on words
guess i'm getting to far out thar!!!
#18: Sarah Andrews (sarah) on May 11, 2011
No, you're not to far out thar. I don't catch on to stuff real fast :)
#19: larrry grizzard (gizzard) on Sep 27, 2011
What ever the marriage stat is, the fact remains that 100% of divorces start in marriage.
#20: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Sep 27, 2011
i'd bet larrrrrrry, dat almost 100% of the marriages start with a view of not getting divorced.
#21: sher smith (brighteyessher) on Apr 14, 2014 [HINT] [SPOILER]
hmmm, 50% of my marriages ended in divorce (no deaths)lol
#22: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Apr 14, 2014
