That's suppose to be a muscled arm at top left,think of the green as yellow and at right you take these for a cough.I don't know if many of you have heard this band, although i have a feeling Kristen has.They're an 80's group,i love them,and you might too if you check them out on u-tube.Answer in first spoiler.
