Blood Sweat & Tears.

I thought it might be Sick Puppies, but BS&T makes more sense. :)
#3: Joel Lynn (Furface1) on Apr 21, 2011 [SPOILER]
Once I finished, I guessed BS&T, but I did a lot of guessing to solve it, got tired of trying to solve it logically.

Your probably not old enough telly, this band was big in the 70's.B.S.&T and Chicago were the big bands at the time, and i do mean big as they both had brass sections. I was a teenager then and my brother and i had been playing in bands for several years already when we formed a band with a brass section and we played a lot of B.S.& T and Chicago songs.I played base guitar and my brother played lead guitar and having that brass section playing behind you was exhilarating.

Chicago is a favorite of mine. As for BS&T, I really liked their rendition of "One Child Born," with all the changes in style and tempo.

Fabulous song Joel Lynn. Both bands were great and for me as a bass guitarist it was fun to play they're music, because both bands were a heavy jazz, rock fusion type band with a lot of tempo changes.

Great puzzle! And I actually figured out this one - though more of a Chicago fan myself.
