Puzzle Description:

I don't think guessing is required here. Line logic allows you to complete the puzzle almost entirely, and then smile logic is required to fill the blue on the lower right side. The key is that you must imagine two smiles at the same time, with the basis being the 3 and 2 in the end of R23. But I still haven't decided if I could say this is an entirely logical process.

This technique at the end is called alternating smile logic. The FAQs on advanced techniques describes it (under smile logic).

i used summing at the bottom
i enjoy puzzles like this that are above and beyond the routine line logic solve
