OK, let's see what we can do with this one...

Edge logic with the 2 clue on the bottom row lets us dot R20C5-R20C9, R20C13, and R20C17.

Edge logic with the 3 clue in row 2 makes R2C1-R2C3 dots. Same logic in row 3 make R3C1-R3C3 dots.

Edge logic with the 2 clue in column 1 makes R13C1-R17C1 dots.

Next we can see no matter how we place the 2 clue in column 1, a cell will be filled in column 2. We can dot all of the other cells in the column (R5C2, R13C2-R17C2, and R19C2).

Now look at the 2 clue in row 4. If you try to place it at R4C2-R4C3, then the rest of columns 2 and 3 will be dotted. This also makes R4C1, R6C1, R18C1, and R20C1 dots (this is the second move ahead). This makes it impossible to complete column 1, so R4C3 has to be a dot. The same kind of logic will also make R18C3 and R20C3 dots.

Now look at the 2 clue in row 20. No matter where you place this clue, a cell will be black in row 19 as a result. The other cells in row 19 have to be dots then (R19C3, R19C5-R19C9, R19C11, R19C13, R19C15, R19C17, and R19C19).

I think I'm stuck at this point...
