THX Sarah and Jota,i take it were enjoying this part of the Saga of Mr.B. I kinda am,it's fun.lol.

"...the plot thickens" made me think of throwing in flour or cornstarch to thicken up the gravy. Of course, that wouldn't be chicken gravy.

No not chicken,turkey maybe.

i see the 2 black/green dumbbells and what i assume to be a blue bench but the rest is very vague to me
care to explain the details?

And Mr. B is laying on the blue bench, while Matt the Kat (bottom left) and Baby Q. ( bottom right) are talking.

He's lying on the weight bench,the barbell is on the stand above his head,he's asking Matt and Baby Q to spot for him which means they lift up the barbell and place it in his hands or in this case wings,then he proceeds to do what's called bench presses,which is pushing the weight up then bringing it down to your chest without letting it touch your chest.When you can't do anymore you tell them and they put the barbell back up on the stand.They also stand beside you to make sure you don't drop it on your throat.And yes the other things are dumbells.
