Puzzle Description:

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.

Brian, this is a good puzzle. But I don't get it. In the window you can see it's dark out so that's the early to bed/rise part. The guy seems healthy. But did he break his bed? That doesn't seem wise. As fas as the adage goes, wasn't that written before there was electricity and webpbn. Who can go to bed early if there are puzzles to be done?

Is that his bed or is it the privacy panel in the shower?

He's just getting out of bed. The sheets are white so they blend into the background. Sun is just coming up so it is truly early. As an astronomer, I rarely see dawn unless I've been up all night.

"If you break your bed in the morning, beware of electric shock." My dad used to tell me this one all the time.

Kristen, I have NO IDEA what that means.

That's me, trying to interpret the picture (and making a bad joke, apparently)

I was wondering about that and now it makes sense. It's actually really funny.

i thought it was a picture on the wall and not a window
i am also confused about the "bed" as it appears to be hovering (or the guy is a magician and he is levitating it)
i thought the smaller blue portion might have been his covers that he has thrown of in his haste to arise
is that a chair on the left? or a small table? whats on it?

LOL Kristen. I finally got it and you are very funny.

Good one, Brian.

It looked to me as if he was very surprised at the voluminous jet of water hitting him below the waist. After the description, I understood, tho.

I'm not an early bird ...
