Claudia, here, there is nothing for 10 miles - then just the basics; 30 miles to a larger variety of stores. At my Grandmother's in England, we would walk only a few blocks to go to the open food market, buy food for dinner, and have tea at a little tea shop before heading home. Everything was right there.
