I'm mildly addicted. I check it at least once a day. But I don't live on it like some friends I know.
I use facebook but it annoys me. If someone I knew 30 years ago leaves a comment in the wall of someone I don't know why should I be informed? Never tried it, but I've seen it turn folks overly judgmental, even between sessions.
By "judgmental" I meant "sanctimonious"
I've never seen so many people think that they are so right about so much, based on so little.
