Poor fella. I thought it might have been a scene from Down Periscope, which starred Frasier (Kelsey Grammer)

Wow, tricky.

I got most of the way through this on line & color logic, but was left with some black in the upper right that was difficult to place.

I finally used some edge logic on R6 to figure out that C17-22 had to be blank, and could solve with line logic again from there.

i see the tow rope that has recently been let go but i am having trouble figuring out the rest of what i am seeing with the red and black (i do see the blue water)

Same logic as Wombat, solved without guessing. Very tricky.

Edge logic starting on C17 shows us that the 5 can't occupy any of the squares from C17 to C22. So it will definitely occupy C25 and C26. Line logic solves the rest.

Please change description.

gator or jan will change the guessing/solvable designation when they have time
they (especially gator) are going through the puzzles and marking them as solvable (when they actually are solvable) so dont worry they will get to them when they can

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

Some days will be better than others (having time). :)
