Scandalous!

Edge logic on the right side will start off the green, and nose & hand logic will complete the black.

I got a chuckle!! Had a lot of trouble with the Kindle though...took me a few tries.

im not sure how i solved the green other than for using extended edge logic initially and then i am not sure if i solved the rest logically

Line and color logic places all of the black, red, and blue, and seven green pixels.

Extended deep edge logic on the green 3 in c20 and then line logic gets you to: http://postimage.org/image/2x65httt0/

After that I see no way forward but to guess.

Note - it is easy to miss that the 2,2 in c19 can fit in 3 places. If one assumes the top 2 must go in r1-3, then the puzzle finishes easily and correctly, but it is an unjustified assumption.
