After the initial line logic, edge logic on the bottom 12 clue places it completely. A lot more line logic.#2: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Feb 14, 2011
Next looking at column 39, there are two remaining 2 clues. Analyzing the possible places these clues can go AND seeing how this will affect column 38, we can see the 4 clue in column 38 will always be at R3C38-R6C38. The rest solves normally.
Nice puzzle.
Found to be logically solvable by Gator.#3: paul dahmer (paul) on Feb 14, 2011
nice little line drawing - not too hard.#4: bugaboo (bugaboo) on Feb 15, 2011
great solve#5: Liz P (lizteach) on Feb 16, 2011 [HINT]
I may be having a brain fart, but I can't see how the edge logic works on the bottom row. I'm only placing ten pixels, in C16-25.#6: Gator (Gator) on Feb 16, 2011 [HINT]
My mistake. You are right Liz. I'll have to revisit this one to see how it can be solved.#7: Susan Duncan (medic25733) on Feb 17, 2011
Nice one#8: Teresa K (fasstar) on Feb 27, 2011 [HINT]
Maybe it's not too hard if you guess, but if you stick to strict puzzle logic, it is a toughie.
Edge logic on the bottom gave me some of the 12, but it filled out later. I did some tricky internal logic in the middle, so I didn't have any trouble with C39 at the end.
