once i got "stuck" in the middle somewhere what helped me was proving the 7 in column 13 had to go in the lower half:
you have 3 squares of the 6 clue placed in column 12 (rows 18-20) and all of those squares belong to 2s in their corresponding rows
those 2s cant all go to the left (column 11 only has 2s) so at least one of them goes to the right (into column 13) and thus you can place most of the 7 and then it solves from there
