good turtle, Brain

Great puzzle. We have sliders in our pond. When the fish line up near the edge for dinner, the baby turtles swim over. I throw food onto algae (on the surface) and the little turtles pull their front legs up on the algae so they can eat. So cute.

We have sliders in our river. One just laid her eggs in the front of our house. Crawled all the way underneath to get there, too (all the houses here are up on blocks, because of flooding).

Very nice puzzle Brian. These are considered an invasive species here on Long Island. These are generally the turtles people get as pets from the store and when the turtles get too big, they release them to our ponds.

My neighbor has Red Eared Sliders in her pond but there is not really any place for them to go except another back yard pond.
