tricky color logic

I give up for now, I can't figure it out.

simple color logic lets you place all the red and the top right corner of blue
edge logic on the black 3 clues in columns 16 and then 15 followed by line logic lets you place all the black except for the 4 black pixels in the bottom left corner
then i think i got stuck without resorting to diagonal logic

Fun and a little tricky but the title made me think I don't know, who is Toy?

The solver says this is doable by color logic, but it seems far less efficient than Bugaboo's solution. I had to chip away at blues in the lower left. This is a bit of an outline, but I hope it's interesting for the curious.

R13C9 and R12C10/11 also fell. I don't have the exact order, but I did want to note it was doable. Then once you get these, C6 falls. C6R10 is the key potentially blue dot to look at. If it's blue, it can't have blues to the left or right. That leaves the only 2 blue in a row at R15 and R16.

Then I was able to place black dots in the lower left. With the bottom 7x5 filled (R15C7 is an important pivot) I got R11C10/11 as blue. C11R10 is next. R12C9 and R13C9-11 as well. Then you get 3 in C12 and the rest is much more straightforward.

Hope this helps anyone wondering if this puzzle should be labeled "line and color logic only." It is, technically. But I know I saw a lot of edge logic and either-way logic (with the greens in the lower right,) among other shortcuts, along the way.
