Oh, ok. I had in mind a stereotypical old married couple sitting peacefully when the husband mentions from behind his newspaper that he thinks it will rain. The wife puts down her knitting and glances out the window. "Rain, dear?" she replies, staring at the sunny day outside. "I don't think so."

Anyway, congrats on your first puzzle! Rudolph looks adorable here :)

Solvable by logic. The clue is R6C3; if presumed false, it forces at one point that R12C3-5 be true, making R6C5 false and giving the row no solution if the rest of the puzzle is solved logically to this point.
