I finished out the black by looking at how column 14 was affected when using edge logic. For example, if the 3 clue in column 20 goes in rows 13-15, then both R13C14 and R14C14 would both be dots. When I looked at this some more though, you can use two-way logic with the 1 clue in column 14. If you place the 1 clue in R13C14 or R14C14, then both R14C15 and R14C16 will be black.
