Another great recipe. I love your chicken. Hopefully she will fly away before the cook gets her. Actually it's more like a bit of flying and mostly running. Our dog chased one of our roosters into the garden and the rooster outsmarted him and ran back out of the garden while the dog was still looking. When the rooster ran out of the garden, he ran right past us, ran around the pond, through the field, flew over the fence and ran down the dirt road. I've never seen a rooster run that fast before. We thought he would never stop. But he did and moved into a tree row and I would walk down the road calling him and he would come out for his food and water every afternoon. If I was late, he would be waiting for me on the road.
