The border is a breeze. The left side solves quickly, no problem. Then you get to the right side. Ha! Try some deep edge logic on the rows and columns with the double 5s, and then you can finish it nicely.

Ditto #1 about the easy border, easy left side, and tough right side. I am still debating the "deep edge logic" portion, though.
#4: Wombat (wombatilim) on Feb 10, 2010 [HINT]
I think by "deep" she just means "a few rows in." That's how I solved it.

so, you change your opinion about marriage
#6: Teresa K (fasstar) on Feb 11, 2010
Are you asking me if I have changed my opinion about marriage? I don't remember expressing a serious opinion about marriage. But then my memory is not as good as it used to be. :-) I would be happy to share my opinion about marriage though, if anyone really wants to explore that. Could be interesting.

sure, what's your opinion. :)
tough right side! fun puzzle though

Thanks, Telly.

I'm all for marriage. :-) I know I have written that I was married for a long time to a man who was not faithful and who chose to leave me and the kids for a younger woman (whom he never married). I guess I just married the wrong man. I have been single ever since and I am happy being single. But, I am still all for marriage. If the right man came along, I would seriously think about marriage, but I don't think that's going to happen, and I'm okay with that.

A good marriage is the foundation of a healthy family, the basic unit of society. For those of you who are blessed with somebody who truly loves you - Happy Valentine's Day! To everybody else, go buy yourself some chocolate. I'm going to buy mine on February 15th - 50% off, I can get twice as much. :-)

Well said, Teresa. The family is the basic unit of society, and a good marriage is the basis of that family unit.
#10: Jane Doe (telly) on Feb 11, 2010
I agree with you both. I'll take some of that chocolate too, even though I'm happily married :)
#11: Teresa K (fasstar) on Feb 12, 2010
:-) Chocolate - it's good for everybody!

Agree with #10, and also with the right side being tough. I ended up using symmetry and hoping I was right! I was!

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.
#14: Gator (Gator) on Mar 24, 2010 [HINT]
I avoided using symmetry on the right, and I was able to solve it using edge logic. I can detail it all out is someone wants a detailed explanation.
