A smaller version of the first puzzle I tried making. I got it to work, but it was too big and boring. Smaller makes the image rougher, but the solve better.

Solvable with a little color logic.

Ditto #2. Did heads that were 2x2 squares just not look better, or did you not try it that way? Just wondering.

I love this puzzle, it's a perfect example of my "cup of tea", not too big and so not boring. Also, he rougher image does it for me, it's a hint of the real image, not a copy of it. They look like a happy bunch on graduation day! Indeed the accomplish a lot! Thanks!

I like this version, Joe. Good decision. I had a lot of fun solving it. Nice image, and a good cause.
