It looks like a teeny tiny Micky Mouse with a green outfit.

I think it's an angry cartoon character -- he has a red face and two puffs of smoke coming out either side of his head.

Its Grover. He just ate split pea soup!

LOL at all of the above, but especially #4.

It could be a flower, with 2 bees close by.

It looks like the musical hand puppet I bought for a special little boy for Christmas last year but didn't have a chance to give to him then so I saved it for this year and gave it to him, but by then it no longer played music when you pushed the red button. Oh well.

Include white space in the puzzle!
This would be an easy puzzle if the blue was white instead.

This puzzle is so extremely easy that it is likely to be boring to solve. You might want to add more white space.

It's a melted snowman. Blue is, by convention, the color representation of water, even though it is clear, so as to distinguish it from the accepted look of snow, which is more often than not, a grayish hue.
