Poster design for the XXI Winter Olympiad with little logos for the Olympics and Paralympic Games. Title is explained in the comments.

This is actually two posters side by side. The design for the XXI Winter Olympiad features the Paralympic Games logo on one half, the Olympic Games logo on the other half, and artwork that fits together in the middle that forms a Canada's national symbol, the Maple Leaf. On the posters (but not on this image) are two quotations from Canada's national anthem - "With Glowing Hearts" from the English version, and "Des Plus Brilliants Exploits" ("The Most Brilliant Feats") from the French lyrics.

I don't really want you to see the actual image of the poster, because it is so beautiful and I could not really do it justice on a 40x40 grid:

Wow, you're right, that real poster is gorgeous! I think you came about as close as anyone possibly could come in a webpbn puzzle, though, especially with such a challenging subject. Gold medal to you!
