Puzzle Description:
A bass clef... on piano, usually the part that's played with your left hand. (The bottom staff line is missing just to make the puzzle more interesting... I'd rather leave them out entirely but it's unsolvable without them.)

Very clean image. Would have been better as a smaller puzzle. Too much white.#2: Doug Graiser (dmgraiser) on Oct 11, 2019
I have a nerdy story about left handedness that I always like to share (even though my wife hates when I do because I do it every chance I get).#3: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Oct 11, 2019
The latin word for left is "sinister". That's where we get the English word sinister. They used to think left-handed people were evil.
The latin word for right is "dexter" which is where we get dextrous -- essentially "good with your right hand".
Ambidextrous essentially means "both right hands".
Anyways... interesting tidbit that I like to share. Now I'll go tell my dad my Classics degree didn't completely go to waste.
Thank you Doug. :)#4: Teresa K (fasstar) on Oct 11, 2019
Yeah, thanks for the Latin lesson, Doug. Another "learn something new on webpbn" day!#5: CB Paul (cbpaul) on Nov 23, 2021
