Nelson Mandela. In South Africa he is often known as Madiba, an honorary title adopted by elders of Mandela's clan (wikipedia). If anyone personifies AFRICA, he certainly does.

As I was solving I kept seeing a funny shaped seahorse, possibly pregnant. I reduced the size just before I finished solving and the image popped right out at me. Very nicely done.#5: BlackCat (BlackCat) on Jul 15, 2017
