I was moving along, fairly easily with line logic, and actually got farther with line logic than usual for a Gator puzzle. Then, of course, I got stuck. I used simple edge logic on the far right column 8, and it solved easily. This is a very cool image, too. The onion or leek was what obviously allowed me to get so far with regular edge logic. I wonder how the puzzle would be without that.

I just tried it without the stalk. It still has a unique solution according to the solution checker, but it cannot be solved with logic.

Even for you? Hmmm. Then it truly must be impossible. Thanks for checking, though.

Found to be logically solvable by jan.

Another puzzle I solved while at my son's Pokemon tourament. The various pokemon experts wandering the room couldn't figure this one out. When told it was "farfetch'd" they were willing to buy it, but one said it should have a stick in it's mouth.

I based the puzzle off of this picture.

Other pictures had the stick in the mouth.

So it guards the stalk, huh? Which pokemon stalks the guard? Har har har.
