Puzzle Description:
Fishing can be boring at times, but this part will usually wake you up. Person fishing, right after the bobber goes under the water when the fish takes the bait.

Thanks to you both...I really like to 20x20 format because I can blame my artistic blunders on the coarseness of the grid. I am amazed at the finer grid artwork that's on this site. No fish is shown, but the tip of the fishing rod is being pulled down by the fish.
