I think this puzzle needs tons of guessing unless I missed something...

Found to require much guessing by Gator.

I give up on trying to solve this one logically. I solved the bottom 4.5 rows and was able to dot most of column 3. I was also able to fill in a few blue cells on row 18. There just doesn't seem to be a good way to tackle this one.

Solvable with no guessing.Good one.
After filling the bottom four raws,move to top right.
You can find the position of clue 8 by edge logic.
Than the whole puzzle unfolds nicely.

Wow, what a toughie! I used internal EL for the big blues, plus a lot of sums for the black border. Definitely solvable without guessing.

Once I followed Hint #4 - it all fell in. But I don't know how you could determine the upper right corner other than guessing.
