I thought you had beginning to stutter ...
#8: Bionerd (nieboo) on Dec 16, 2008
haha, yeah. Maybe. It's the thesis haze. It does that to people.
#9: Jota (jota) on Dec 16, 2008
What's your thesis theme, if I may ask?

I'm studying how the circulation of the Providence River (Rhode Island, USA) effects the distribution of nitrogen from point sources (rivers, waste water treatment facilities) and how that could influence hypoxic events. I'm doing it through ADCP data (physical) and numerical modeling, mostly modeling.

Very interesting, again good luck!

Thanks. :)
I'm freaking out about it now, and procrastinating often...hence I am here.

Back to it.

Me thinks Nieboo is getting VERY good at saying that sentence (the sentence regarding what her thesis is about).... Seems I've heard it before.... somewhere. *looks around*

;)

Haha, yeah, it's nice practice. It's good to explain what you are doing in a short sentence when what you are doing is sooo freaking complicated. When I first started, people asked me what I did, and I usually stared at them and stuttered a bit..uhhhhh....
At least I sound a little smarter now. :)

Thanks deana!

If row 11, columns 7&8 were reversed, all of the clues would be odd numbers. It would be interesting to do a puzzle with all even numbers.
