I like the picture, but I wasn't able to solve this without guessing.

Ditto #1. He kinda of reminds me of Frankenstein.

I thought about the guessing in this and I don't think I guessed. I used a sort of advanced smile logic. The only problem was the eyes and the mouth and because of smile logic the 3's that became the mouth could not be up at the eye level. Could someone check if my logic is correct?

M2, that's exactly how I did it.

I made a mini tutorial before I read the comments. I agree and here's the step by step:

There is no guessing needed. You can get to here easily enough:

Then look at the 3s in c11-12. The bottom two 3s must fit with the pink spaces. The top two 3s must fit within the green box.

(1) Note that if one of the 3s (say c11) is placed in the bottom section, the 3 next to it MUST be filled. There is no other way due to the 2s that cross down there.

(2) Note that if one of the 3s is placed in the top section, the other 3 CANNOT be next to it due to the 1s crossing up there. Therefore the other 3 MUST be in the lower section.

(3) As we noted in (1), if one 3 is in the lower section, both must be, and so you can fill c11-12,r13-15.

The rest then fills with line logic.

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

Sounds good to me.
