Puzzle Description:

Mithras - a Persian sun god, born to a virgin on December 25th, in a cave on a mountain, attended by an ox and an ass. (Picture based on a Roman bas relief.) Personally I don't think the pagan roots of Christmas diminish the magic and mystery of the season in any way. In fact, I think they enhance the universal timeless appeal of celebrating the return of light in a time of darkness. Hope and joy to everyone, everywhere! :-)

Christmas like many other "christian holiday" where based on pegean believe and that why it spread so fast in all of Eupope. Everything was well tought at the years 800 conclave.

I was scratching my head trying to figure out what the Statue of Liberty could have to do the Season!

Fun puzzle-- very difficult for me in places.

And I couldn't agree with your sentiments more.
